In the winter, Jackson Hole leads a double-life. By day, it is a winter sports paradise, known for its superb skiing and snowboarding. When the sun goes down, however, you'll find that Jackson Hole is also home to vibrant nightlife- including incredible après-ski. Million Dollar Cowboy Bar:
Food & Wine selected Jackson Hole as the best town in America for Wild West style après-ski. For the best experience, they recommend Million Dollar Cowboy Bar! This bar is famous for its unique saddle seats and the massive neon cowboy out front. On select nights, they have live music. Not convinced? They were also named the third best après-ski spot in the country by USA Today.
Mangy Moose:
Mangy Moose Restaurant & Saloon was also named a top ten après-ski bar by USA Today. This après-ski institution has been open and delighting guests since 1967. They feature live music with energetic crowds and a casual environment. Don't skip their signature spicy margaritas!
The Handle Bar:
For après-ski on a charming patio, head to The Handle Bar! You can cozy up by the outdoor fire pit or try to snag a picnic table inside. They also have awesome happy hour specials and a sensational signature dish (the handle burger- topped with caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, white cheddar, and truffle aioli).
Silver Dollar Showroom:
If locals tell you to meet them at The Wort, then you better get yourself to the Silver Dollar Showroom! Bring your dancing shoes to this classic Jackson Hole restaurant and bar. They serve marvelous margaritas and feature live music on their stage. It's a cool place to hangout, with many charming, retro touches.
