Their soup is insanely good- with (debatably) the best soup on the menu being their famous corn chowder. Cheesy, creamy, and heartwarming... it is simply unforgettable. Other soups available include bison & smoked garlic chili, french onion soup, and a changing soup du jour.  #### Trio [Trio](https://bistrotrio.com/) only has one soup on their gourmet menu, but it is a soup that you won't want to miss. Their BLT soup reimagines the iconic BLT sandwich as a soup. It is a grown-up take on classic tomato soup.
